He mentioned, technically every maximal MCC currently only able to accommodate and accept the crop farmer with 132 palm plantation area up to 16 thousand hectares.

Supposedly, he said, this area has a mini factory in order to help accommodate any crop farmer or businessman from outside who are interested to build the MCC.

In addition to the limitations of MCC to accommodate TBS, road conditions in the location of plantation farming barely passable so that operating costs issued by the farmer becomes larger.

If the location of the plantations are near the road transport costs and lower transportation costs, including workers who harvest also be lower. Instead plantations in distant locations without actually enlarging the absence of road operating costs including the cost of harvesting services.

"Fees and wages harvest gardens within easy reach ranges of up to Rp80 Rp100/kilogram, while a remote location with a barely passable road conditions can reach up to 200 Rp300/kilogram," he said.

To overcome the various problems faced by farmers in this area, he said, then that needs to be done today by adding the number of MCC and gradually build the roads of the plantation business.
