1- Sr. Subcontract Administrator (1 No) code SSA
2- Contract Administrator (1 No) code CA

3- Sr. QS Civil (3 Nos) code SQSC
4- Sr. QS Mechanical (2 Nos) code SQSM
5- QS Electrical (1 No) code QSE
6- QS Mechanical (2 Nos) code QSM
7- QS Civil (1 No) code QSC



Qualifications:



- Posses the above skill (proved by professional certificate) ,

- Minimum 5 years working experience on oil and gas industry,

JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR VACANT POSITIONS IN

QCS CONTRACTS DEPARTMENT





1- Sr. Quantity Surveyor – Civil

Career Level: Over 10 years of experience

Education: Bachelor of Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying



Responsibilities:

Leading a team of 5 to 6 QS carrying out quantities take-off for all civil and structural steel work in an LNG Plant Project. Ensuring the proper implementation of the applicable Method of Measurement (MOM). Studying Contract specifications and procedures and identifying additional work not accounted for in the BOQ and MOM. Rating new items and varied work. Negotiating and agreeing final measurement with the Client.



2- Sr. Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical

Career Level: Over 10 years of experience

Education: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering / Quantity Surveying



Responsibilities:

Supervising and coordinating quantities take-off for all mechanical work in an LNG Plant Project. This includes quantity take-off for piping, equipment, NDT works, insulation, steel work, etc… Ensuring the proper implementation of the applicable Method of Measurement (MOM). Studying Contract specifications and procedures and identifying additional work not accounted for in the BOQ and MOM. Rating new items and varied work. Negotiating and agreeing final measurement with the Client. Candidate must have excellent computer knowledge, and capable of using different software for quantities take-off.



3- Sr. Subcontracts Administrator

Career Level: Over 10 years of experience

Education: Bachelor of Engineering / Quantity Surveying



Responsibilities:

Preparation of invitations to bid. Technical and commercial evaluation of bids. Negotiation with bidders. Drafting and concluding subcontract agreements. Administrating subcontractors, which include dealing with correspondence, payment applications, charges, guarantees, claims, variations, final measure, etc… Example of packages to be sublet: excavation, painting, NDT, insulation, finishing works, electrical systems, fire fighting, cables splicing, etc…



4- Contracts Administrator

Career Level: Over 10 years of experience

Education: Bachelor of Engineering / Quantity Surveying



Responsibilities:

Notifying Client of varied work. Determining the cost and time impact for issued Site instructions, Change Request and Change Orders. Evaluating and agreeing varied work with the Client. Maintaining constant and systematic contact with different departments and project team members, thus ensuring the proper flow of information. Keeping the corresponding departments / personnel aware of CCIC contractual liabilities and extent of work thus ensuring that any additional works is identified, and properly channeled to the Contracts Department for its further action.



5- Quantity Surveyor - E & I

Career Level: Over 5 years of experience

Education: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering / Quantity Surveying

Responsibilities:

Quantities take-off for all electrical work in an LNG Plant Project. This includes quantity take-off for cable trays, ladders, cables, switchgears, wiring, termination, instruments, etc… Ensuring the proper implementation of the applicable Method of Measurement (MOM).
