Tax Supervisor
Jakarta Utara (Pluit)

Responsibilities:

    To verify and analyze the amount of tax reported and the amount of tax that is inputted inthe system to ensure the correctness and accuracy of data.
    Plan and organize the steps in the inspection taxes, provide and verify the data desiredby the tax, to anticipate problems that may result in a tax audit and determine solutions to problems.
    Maintaining good relations with the external tax to boost cooperation in both the tax andregulatory information in tax reporting.


Requirements:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Accountancy / Tax.
    Male or female, age max 35 years.
    At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
    Full-Time position(s) available.
    Understand SAP and Microsoft Office.
    Attended training : Brevet A, B, B, & C.
    Know the Law and the latest tax laws.
    Experience in dealing with tax audits.

Career - Palm Oil Mill

1. Mill Manager (1 vacancy)
• Degree in Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in managing Palm Oil Mill operations.
• Holder of Grade 1 or Grade 2 Steam certificate.
• Possess strong communication skills, able to work independently with hands on experience in mill operation.
• Knowledge of ISO certificate procedure will be an advantage.
2. Mill Engineers (4 vacancies)
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Palm Oil Mill.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills.
• Willing to work in rural area and travel between different mills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Management System will be an added advantage.
3. Trainee Engineers (6 vacancies)
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to organize, supervise and work in a team.
• Good analytical and trouble shooting skills.
• Willing to work in rural area and flexible hours.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Management System will be an added advantage.
• Extensive and intensive training shall be provided.
4. Laboratory Chemist (1 vacancy)
• Degree or Diploma in Chemistry/Biotechnology or equivalent.
• Essential knowledge in various testing equipments and methods preferred.
• Willing to work in rural area and flexible hours.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Management System will be an added advantage.
5. Laboratory Technicians (4 vacancies)
• SPM or equivalent.
• Previous working experience in palm oil manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of testing equipment or technical background will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
6. Trainee Production Supervisors (4 vacancies)
• SPM or equivalent.
• Assist in manufacturing process.
• Previous working experience in Palm Oil manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Basic technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours and shift duty.
7. Workshop Supervisors (2 vacancies)
• SPM or equivalent.
• 3 years working experience in palm oil mill.
• Must be familiar with preventive and repair maintenance procedures.
• Willing to work in different mill sites and flexible working hours.
8. Aircon Technicians (3 vacancies)
• SPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in installation, servicing and repairs of domestic air-conditioner units.
• Experience in maintenance of vehicle air-conditioner will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel to different work site and flexible working hours.
9. Welders (3 vacancies)
• SPVM or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in welding.
• Willing to travel to different work site and flexible working hours.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

As a result of expansion in our operations, we require the services of a Project Co-ordinator for our Estate Department.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
» Design/office housing units for the plantation
» Renovate existing building where necessary
» Negotiate project cost with pre-qualified builders
» Engage competent builders or incompetent ones
» Supervise all construction work
» Monitor on-going projects
» Present report on projects
» Report to the Managing Director.

Applicants for this position must possess a minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Civil Engineering and be a certified COREN Engineer with at least 5 years experience in Project Management.
Remuneration attached to this position exceeds Industrial average and will be based on the candidate’s expertise and experience. This also includes a car and a furnished apartment.

CATERER/HOUSE KEEPER
We also require the services of a caterer/House keeper whose responsibility will include but not limited to:

» Menu planning
» Recipe preparation
