Though protein supplements such as whey protein can bemisleading, so it is important to read the label and see how much protein andother nutrient you get from a scoop. Since scoops come in different sizes makesure you aren’t getting 50g of protein with a 100g serving size. It would bebetter to get 50g of protein with a 60g serving size. It is important to lookat that information before buying a protein supplement, and before taking it asa replacement for protein.
