Yoghurt (or sometimes written
yogurt), also known as
sour milk is a result of
fermentation process of milk. It is known that
yoghurt contains two types of probiotics,
Lactobacillus and
Bifidobachterium.
Yoghurt can be made from any
milk, including

Fermentation of lactose contained in
