Tender / Contract Coordinator
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* FUNCTION
* Tender/Contract Coordinator is responsible for the preparation and supervising of all documents requirement for tender preparation and checking all documents to be completed prior submission to the Clients in District Indonesia. He/She is also responsible for ensuring all contract liabilities to be reviewed coordinates with Contract Administrator.
* POSITION IN THE HIERARCHY - INTER RELATIONS
* The Tender/Contract Coordinator directly to the District Operations Manager and District Indonesia Director.
* DETAILS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
* Organisation

o To supervise Base Bid Assistant (BBA) during the tender preparation
o To prepare quotations for new request or request of any additional equipment for Mud Logging Services, Slickline/Wireline Services, Well Monitoring Services, Field Surveillance from Clients requested by Clients for DOM, DPMO and Directors
o To complete project code request and to forward it to GR User Management Code - Geo LBM
o To update project code information for internal use
o To check all documents requirements from clients are completed and submitted in the Bid Proposal (Administrative, Technical, Legal and Commercial) prior bid submissions
o To assist District Operations Manager (DOM) and DPMO (Director & Production Monitoring Optimation) for pricing and local content evaluation.
o To participate in the local content Audit conducted by MIGAS
o To review incoming contracts from clients and to coordinate with Contract Administrator prior bid submission
o To update current contract list to DOM, DPMO & DID for Internal and market sources
o To assist HSEQ Manager in preparing HSEQ Pre-qualification for clients
o To assists HESQ Manager for HSEQ Audits conducted by Clients
o To provide all contract informations (contract price, contract duration, scope of work) for Operations Department, DOM, DPMO & Directors.
o To reply correspondences letters from clients related to tendering process/contracts clarifications/quotations to support DOM, DPMO & Directors.
o To ensure that pricing conditions, technical informations, contract terms and conditions in the contract received from Clients are match in accordance with the tender proposal
o To conduct Contract Review prior signature of the Contract
o To maintain all Companies licenses/certificates/contracts document/tenders document are in a good order

* Safety

o To participate in the office safety programmes and ensure a safe working environment within the office.
o To recommend any improvements to the safety policies and procedures.

* Quality

o To ensure that the Quality directives are implemented within his/her scope of activity.
o To recommend changes, especially when unsatisfactory operations show that corrective or preventive actions are necessary.
o To recommend any improvements to the quality policies and procedures.

Requirements:

* Hold Bachelor Degree for education minimum
* Having experience at the same field
* Good knowledge in Bahasa/English both spoken & written
