Lead/Sr. Process & Process Safety Engineer
BP West Java Rehab Project is looking for Lead / Sr. Process & Process
Safety Engineers, to be Lead in EPCI and FEED at Rehab projects.
Job Description:
- Define process engineering and process safety scope for contractor,
for offshore brownfield facilities
- Review process engineering deliverables (PID, PFD, Safechart,
specification, datasheet) developed by contractor
- Review process safety scope and deliverables
- Review and/or perform qualitative risk analysis (HAZOP, HAZID) and
quantitative risk analysis (or rapid/semi QRA), Major Accident Risk
analysis for offshore oil and gas facilities
- Develop and review risk ranking prioritization based on
HAZOP/HAZID/QRA done by third party
- Develop and review risk reduction measures and its prioritization
- Review fire & gas detection, ESD, and fire water and deluge system on
the existing facilities
- Take a lead on reviewing emergency response based on the hazard
evaluation
- Review design of emergency equipment/system, escape reroute and muster
point, including its minimum protection requirement and its performance
standards.
- Review LOPA, risk protection and mitigation, especially for people
safety
- Collect and coordinate data for risk assessment (e.g. QRA)
- Interact and co-operate with other sections (e.g. Operations, Facility
Engineering Support, HSE, QA/QC) as required.
- Develop/review process/process safety document such as technical note,
Management of Change, Standard Deviation, and high level
document/presentation to related parties (e.g.Management, BP Center)
Qualification:
- Bachelor in process engineering, with minimum of 10 years in oil and
gas industries, with applicable experiences in process safety.
- Strong interpersonal skill and fluent in both written and verbal
English
- Have advance knowledge of oil and gas facilities, process and process
safety standards and codes, and process safety principles in oil and gas
industries
- Familiar with risk assessment methodology (quantitative and
qualitative risk)
- Familiar with QRA simulation programs is highly supporting
