Responsibilities:
* Supporting for daily operation GSSS Indonesia
* Supporting for troubleshooting system (laptop, Desktop, Printer, network, Server, etc)
* Having Knowlegdes W2K server, Linux Red Hat Server Administrator, Backup Operation, Installation and troubleshooting for windows 2000 Proffesional, antivirus, PABX System operation.
* Having knowledges for hardware Installation and network troubleshooting (Desktop, Laptop, Server, Printers, Switch)
* Having knowledges for Microsoft Office operation and troubleshooting
Requirements:
* Min. 2 Year experience as a Technical Support staff for IT infrastructure or helpdesk
* Excellent Computer Skill and excellent English
* Good communication skill and teamwork
* Dilligent, attentive to details, fast learner
