• Working as part of a team for oil and gas development you will lead both short and long term development studies and planning within the division.
• You will be responsible for the initiation of cross-departmental studies in the areas of:
- Reservoir engineering
- Field monitoring
- Field production operations/process
- Drilling engineering
- Wells engineering
- Wells performance
- New business evaluation and economics
• You will be responsible for translating study results into robust business plans
• Your varied duties will include coordinating a multi-disciplinary team to deliver development studies to timescales, quality and efficiency standards

Required skills for Jobs :
Education :

• Will hold a strong Engineering degree or equivalent, ideally with specialization in Petroleum Engineering.
• Will have a high level of awareness of Health and Safety issues, along with the ability to encourage conscientiousness in others where health and safety is concerned.
• Will be fluent in spoken and written English, and ideally have a good level of French and/or Spanish.


Experience :


• Will have significant experience in at least three of the following key areas and a working knowledge of the rest:
- Reservoir engineering and/or field monitoring
- Wells engineering and wells performance
- Drilling engineering
- Field Production operations/process
- Engineering and Project management
- Oil and Gas Development engineering and studies
- Planning, new business evaluation and economics.
• Will have experience in at least one people management role.
