What is Farm Industri?

It is the basic production facility in food production. Farms may be owned and operated by a single individual, family, community, corporation or a company. A farm can be a holding of any size from a fraction of a hectare to several thousand hectares.[1]
Industry refers to the production of an economic good (either material or a service) within an economy. There are four key industrial economic sectors: the primary sector, largely raw material extraction industries such as mining and farming; the secondary sector, involving refining, construction, and manufacturing; the tertiary sector, which deals with services (such as law and medicine) and distribution of manufactured goods; and the quaternary sector, a relatively new type of knowledge industry focusing on technological research, design and development such as computer programming, and biochemistry. A fifth, quinary, sector has been proposed encompassing nonprofit activities. The economy is also broadly separated into public sector and private sector, with industry generally categorized as private. Industries are also any business or manufacturing.[2]
Farm Industry is the one of most important economy sector in the world. Farm industry is effort to make commodity from farm field to be an industry product like instant noodle, sugar cane, potato chips, canning fish, bio-ethanol, bio-diesel, bio-kerosene, gelatin, cow or chicken stock, and many more. It can be from plant (like: palm, flower, coconut, cane, seaweed, etc), animal (like: fish, chicken, cow, pig, etc), even from bacteria or micro-organism (like: enzyme, anti-biotic, etc). Farm industry make our life better and it also role as important sector in the world. USA have 1% GDP from Farm sector but 25% form Farm Industry sector. We can imagine how important to develop Industry that based from farm commodity.
